2017 Fairbanks Construction Academy and H2H Training Courses at the Fairbanks Pipeline Training Center

The Fairbanks Construction Academy at Alaska Works Partnership begins November 13th- The fall 2017 training schedule offers free basic construction training for adults in carpentry basics, weatherization, ironwork and welding, electrical pre-apprenticeship, and residential framing. Learn skills that can lead to good-paying jobs in Alaska’s construction workforce. All classes are taught at the Fairbanks Pipeline Training Center at 3580 Cartwright Court, Building A. Check out the attached flyers for application instructions. Be sure to apply early as space is limited.

Alaska Works Partnership also offers a Helmets to Hardhats program for Transitioning Service Members, Veterans, and Guard and Reserves. The free classes offered include carpentry, sheetrock installation and taping, electrical pre-apprenticeship, and ironwork and welding. Apply early as space is limited!
